Over the course of two weeks, iPhone and iPad user Giorgio Galante sent out two emails to AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson, requesting that he get the tethering that the US carrier has promised for a year, as well as having his eligibility to upgrade date bumped up. In response, Galante was told by AT&T’s Executive Response Team that if he continued to email Stephenson, AT&T lawyers would send a cease and desist letter. Giving begins at the console? It could be, as Microsoft launches Mission 4 Miracles, a new fund raising and awareness initiative for Children’s Miracle Network on Tuesday. Gamers will be able to use their Xbox Live points to donate money to the network of 14 children’s hospitals via the 360. Yesterday, the second trailer for Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World was released after Edgar Wright had decided to withhold its premiere until his Twitter campaign reaped a desired 100,000 ‘likes’ on Facebook. It was a little disappointing to find out that he was clamouring for ‘likes’ on a site that many people have moved on from. Telus finally confirms their iPad plans, NOT offering unlimited data as originally thought

The image above, created earlier today, was based on some assumptions taken from Telus’ weekend announcement of their iPad plan. After some speculation on Friday, a press release was sent out on Saturday detailing their offering – a single plan of 500MB for $20, which at the low-end is a much better deal that what Bell and Rogers are offering, and unlike their plans, Telus’ is available post paid (sadly with a $35 activation fee).
