If you have any interest in great TV then you should be watching Top Gear, the British BBC produced weekly car show and yes even if you are not into cars. The New Hockey Night in Canada theme composer revealed…and it’s YOU.

The CBC has launched Canada’s Hockey Anthem Challenge, a national contest to find a new song for its weekly hockey broadcast. The network is currently without a song after Dolores Claman, the theme’s composer, sold the jingle’s rights to CTV last week for a reported seven figures. The song will now be heard before NHL games airing on CTV-owned TSN. Canadians have until August 31 to submit their entry online, which will be available for public review and rating.
