Reviews are in and interviews have been posted, which means our Fan Expo 2010 coverage has wrapped. If you didn’t get a chance to go this year, see our full Fan Expo 2010 coverage for interviews, reviews and more. It’s like going to the convention without a four hour lineup and the fire marshal locking you out! Best of all, do it from home in your underwear. The one thing you DON’T get out of virtual conventions is swag. Lots of wonderful swag. We can fix that too!

Obviously with FanExpo, and then TIFF, I haven’t had much time for my usual comics review (though there’s certainly some good stuff on the stack), but at FanExpo I did get plenty of chances to read a whole load of interesting comic books. One of our first stops at Fan Expo this year was at Camilla d’Errico’s booth. She has a unique art style that bridges the gap between anime and western style comics work, which she’s using to full effect in her book Tanpopo. The book uses the text of classic literature, such as Faust, accompanied by her characters. You don’t have to take our word for it though, as you can catch some examples at her website.
