GTA IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony adds raining men, new multi-player
If you haven’t already heard, the latest DLC for the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV is The Ballad of Gay Tony. You play Luis Lopez, assistant to legendary night club owner Tony Prince (Gay Tony), who according to the trailer is the first man in Liberty City to own both the hottest clubs in the city, no matter which way you swing. Besides new single player missions, which include two new locations, the multiplayer includes a number of additions which make it compelling…
Multiplayer in The Ballad of Gay Tony – the new episode in Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City for Xbox 360® – takes the classic fan-favorite modes from the mayhem of Grand Theft Auto IV multiplayer and overhauls every aspect for an action packed, over-the-top experience. New weapons for greater diversity and impact. New, tighter Deathmatch arenas for more fierce matches. And the addition of new gameplay features including parachutes, kill streaks and assisted kills. It’s Grand Theft Auto multiplayer made more intense than ever.
Beyond that, according to Joystiq there will also be new vehicles, including APCs and Buzzard helicopters. The single player game will also add a coupleof new mini-games, of which one takes place in a nightclub bathroom, which I’m sure will just further entrench the game firmly in the M rated category.
The game will be available Oct 29th, as DLC which will require the original GTA IV disc, and on a retail disc (bundled with “The Lost and the Damned”), which can be played without buying GTA IV.
Catch the trailer, and a Fizz clip (which is definitely NSFW) after the break…
