Xperia arc video overview
Last month we had a sneak peek at the latest generation of Xperia phones from Sony Ericsson, including the wafer thin arc. Now that we’ve had some extended time with the arc, we take a video deep dive on the device, taking a look at the hardware and software on the Gingerbread loaded smartphone. Loaded with a 4.2″ screen and a great 8 MPixel camera, SE has managed to fix a lot of the flaws (in our humble opinion) of their first Android phone, the X10. Gone is the full fledged Timescape. In its stead SE has added a number of custom widgets and skinning to keep the Xperia branding, while not deviating too far from the Gingerbread experience.
