[TFLN]: TXTS FRM LST NGHT is a new-ish site with a mission to keep a record of a phenomenon that’s likely familiar to all of us on some level. Remember that time you havered your ex because it was 4 in the morning and you just had to get something off your chest? Ya that’s kind of the idea.

Texts From Last Night (TFLN) was founded in February 2009 by two friends for reasons that may or may not include: the tendency to press send more easily as the night turns to morning, friends social habits, Kwame Kilpatrick, exes, law school, closing down bars and leaving tabs open, general debauchery and/or a common disgust for all the negativity surrounding the “sexting” phenomenon.
I’m not sure if this qualifies as social networking or not, but whatever it is, I think it’s hilarious. I imagine this is what TWITTER would have been like, had it been built on a platform of booze, drugs, and debauchery. The submission process is a little weird; you don’t actually txt the site, you re-type or e-mail the txt to them after the fact. Maybe other submission options will come along in the future, who knows. Head on over to TFLN to have your humiliation, or someone else’s, recorded for posterity. Don’t worry about your cred: anonymity is a big sticking point with these guys.
