Our new favourite Toronto rep cinema, the Toronto Underground Cinema, surprised us a few weeks ago when they released the first episode of their new webseries:

Each month will bring you a new episode about the ups and downs of running a movie theatre, and an inside look at something many of us film fans have thought of doing! Episode 1:In this episode we meet our gang of misfits, Alex, Charlie, and Nigel, as they prepare for their big opening night. But when things don’t go off quite as planned they must think fast, work together, and make sure that no matter what, the show must go on.
The series is a fun little docu-fiction with great production values, and we are looking forward to more episodes!
